All season Kale Salad with cranberries & pumpkin seeds


1 bunch kale – washed, spun dry & chopped – stalks removed
6 brussel sprouts – thinly sliced
1/2 cup of red cabbage or green sliced
1/2 cup broccoli florets
1/3 cup Pure Kraft raspberry poppyseed dressing
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup green pumpkin seeds unsalted

Wash and prepare vegetables. In a large serving bowl, add the kale, cabbage, brussel sprouts, broccoli and toss with the dressing. The trick is to dress the salad a few hours before serving. The dressing elimantes some of the bitter taste kale may have and develops the flavours. Set aside in the fridge and sprinkle cranberries and pumpkin seeds before serving! Enjoy!
