One thing that comes to mind when we think about summertime in Canada (other than mosquitoes, sunburn, and road construction) is cottages. And when we think about cottages, we think of enjoying the sunshine (in moderation. . . Wear your sunscreen!), nature (in moderation. . . Wear your mosquito spray!), water, and just kicking back. Can you think of anything more enjoyable than sitting in a Muskoka chair on a dock, staring out into the sunset over a lake with a cold drink in your hand? Or maybe a cooler full of cold drinks right beside you? Indeed, when summer hits, most Canadians feel a need to step away from the city life and enter the Zen mode of cottage life.
